Note:

Selection of the network port settings differs on the CXi/CXi II platform depending

upon whether it is configured as an SX-200 ICP product or a 3300 ICP product. On the
SX-200 ICP product a single port setting applies to all ports. On the 3300 ICP product
the ports can be configured individually. It is not recommended to run connections to IP
phones with attached PCs, servers or connections to other network switches with half
duplex connections. In the figure above, for the SX-200 ICP product, where there is a
connection to other switches, all ports would need to be set to Auto-Negotiation. In such
a case, the PC and IP phone attached directly to the CXi/CXi II and connected via CAT 3
cable would not be possible.
