Uneven toner
density on the
printout
The imaging cartridge is
damaged.
Remove the imaging cartridge
and check it over for damage. If
necessary, replace it with a new
imaging cartridge, see page 8-6.
The image transfer roller is
damaged.
Remove the image transfer roller
and check it over for damage. If
necessary, put in a new image
transfer roller, see page 8-9.
The toner in the imaging
cartridge is low.
Remove the imaging cartridge
and shake it carefully to better
distribute the remaining toner. If
the problem persists, put in a
new imaging cartridge, see page
8-6.
White spots on the
printout, text
missing
The paper is moist because of
high humidity in the air or from
being splashed with water.
Print the job again on dry paper.
White or black lines
on the printout
The imaging cartridge is
damaged.
Remove the imaging cartridge
and check it over for damage. If
necessary, replace it with a new
imaging cartridge, see page 8-6.
