Cleaning the Ink Station Interior [STATION]-[CARRIAGE OUT]

Move the carriage when cleaning the station interior.

• Do not move the carriage out of the capping station by hand.

Use the JOG to move the carriage.

STEPS:

1.

Touch the JOG [ ] or [ ] to select the

[STATION].

2.

Touch

 

 the [ENTER].

Move the head on the table.

3.

Touch

 

 the [ENTER].

4.

Open the right maintenance cover, then

perform the maintenance for the station

interior.

Refer to Chapter 3 for cleaning the caps, the

suction nozzle, and the carriage.

5.

Close the right maintenance cover, then

touch  the [ENTER].

6.

The printer returns to the LOCAL mode.
