Ethernet Interface
combiSENSOR 64x0
6.4.6
Thickness Measurement (THM)
Sets the thickness measuring function on channel 1 (instead of a difference signal)
THM
Command
$THMa,b,c<CR>
Response
$THMa,b,cOK<CRLF>
Index
a = dielectric constant (Float >1)
b = offset in µm of the result (Float)
c = max. working distance in µm of the used sensor (e.g. 5000 with KSH5)
Example: $THM3.3,10.23,5000<CR> (thickness function with dielectric constant 3.3 / max. working distance
of the sensor = 5000 µm and offset = 10.23 µm)
Delete function: $THM0<CR> (Instead of the thickness value the controller outputs the difference signal
eddy minus capa)
6.4.7
Thickness Zeroing (THZ)
Sets the value of an offset for a thickness function therewith 0 µm is output for thickness.
THZ
Command
$THZ<CR>
Response
$THZOK<CRLF>
6.4.8
Channel Status (CHS)
Specifies in increasing order in which channels there is a module. (0 = no channel available, 1 = channel
available, 2 = thickness function is output on this channel)
CHS
Command
$CHS<CR>
Response
$CHS2,1,1,1OK<CRLF>(Example: Channel 1,2,3,4 available,
channel 1 with thickness function)
