Alter Status Menu
Access the Alter Status mode by entering the following (Level One
password is required):

After entering the Alter Status mode, the display shows the Alter Status
menu:
PRESS 1=DIS,2=CTL,3=DSEN,4=TIME,5=DIAG,6=WALK,7=GZON :
The Alter Status menu has seven options (Table 7).

1=DIS
Disable
Disabling or enabling any addressable detector, module, or
software zone in the system.
2=CTL
Control
Manually turning on and off a control module.
3=DSEN
Detector Sensitivity
Altering the sensitivity of any of the addressable detectors in the
system.
4=TIME
Time
Resetting the system time/date clock.
5=DIAG
Diagnostics
Performing system diagnostics.
6=WALK
Walk Test
Allows the programmer to select which SLC loop interface
boards will participate in Walk Test. It also generates the Walk
Test reports.
7=GZON
N23
Group Zone
Allows the programmer to select which zone (and its associated
points) is to be disabled or enabled as a group.

Note: When an IFC-1010/2020 connected to the Metasys Fire Network is
in Walk Test mode, a trouble condition appears for that
IFC-1010/2020 node at the INA and/or Fire OWS.
