Dip a clean, sanitizer-soaked grill cloth
into the grill cleaner. Do not saturate the
cloth. (See Figure 36.)

Use the grill cloth dampened with grill
cleaner to clean the exposed surfaces of
the upper and lower release sheets.

Remove the release sheet locking clips,
the bars, and the upper and lower release
sheets. Wash and rinse the clips and bars
in the 3-compartment sink. If necessary,
soak them in a hot solution of
SolidSense
APSC
to remove carbon accumulation.

Place the release sheets flat on the
release sheet storage tray. DO NOT fold,
crease, or place them on sharp objects.
DO NOT clean the release sheets in the
3-compartment sink.

Dip the Kay Grill Cleaning Pad Holder into

IMPORTANT: DO NOT scrub while applying
the grill cleaner in the following steps:

Spread a light coating of the grill cleaner
over the entire lower grill surface, using
front to back strokes. Allow the cleaner to
remain on the grill while spreading across
all surfaces. (See Figure 40.)

Note:
Allowing the grill cleaner to sit on
the grill surfaces will require less effort
and time to scrub heavy soil buildup and
achieve a clean grill.
