7. Wipe the exposed surface of the release
sheet with a clean, sanitizer-soaked grill
cloth. (See Figure 66.)

8. Remove the release sheet locking clips,
the bars, and the upper release sheet.
Wash and rinse the clips and bars in the
3-compartment sink. If necessary, soak
them in a hot solution of
SolidSense
APSC to remove carbon accumulation.

9. Set the release sheet aside on a clean,
flat surface until further cleaning is
performed.
Do not fold, crease, or place it
on sharp objects. (See Figure 68.)

10. Scrape the lower grill surface with the grill
scraper, in a front to back direction.
