WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM OPERATION

Continuous Operation
1. When the windshield wiper switch is turned to 1, current (1) flows, and the windshield wiper motor operates at
low speed.
2. When the windshield wiper switch is turned to 2, current (2) flows, and the windshield wiper motor operates at
high speed.
3. When the windshield wiper switch is turned to the OFF position, the wipers stop in the park position due to the
autostop operation.
Autostop Operation
1. When the windshield wiper switch is turned to the OFF position while the wipers are operating, current flows to
the autostop switch, which is on, and the windshield wiper motor operates until it returns to the park position,
stopping the wipers.
