Example:
Program the system so that station 21 can access trunk 1 and 2 in daytime.

Use following command to program trunk access during nighttime:

Where,
Station is from 21 to 25.
Trunk.....Trunk is 1, 2 or 3.
Terminate the command with ‘#’.
Use following command to program to trunk access during night time for all the stations:
332-*-Trunk.....Trunk-#
Example:
To program the system so that station 23 can access trunk 1 and trunk 3 during nighttime.

Use following command to assign trunk access code ‘0’ and/or ‘5’ to a trunk:
40-Trunk-Trunk Access Code ‘0’-Trunk Access Code ‘5’
Where,
Trunk is from 1 to 3.
By default, all trunks can be accessed by dialing ‘0’ or ‘5’.
Important Point:
• By default, all stations are given access to all the trunks during daytime as well as during nighttime.

Trunk Landing
What’s this?
An incoming call on a trunk can be made to land on desired stations. It is possible to direct different trunks on
different stations during daytime and nighttime.
The PROTON 206/308 offers four different hunting schemes:
•
Hunting Off: Only the programmed destination will ring. The trunk ring will not be diverted to any other
station. It will continue to ring as long as there is ring on the trunk.
• Round Robin: Try one station after the other if programmed destination does not answer the call in 15
seconds (hunttimer). All five stations are tried starting from the programmed station. Each station gets ring
for 15 seconds.
Trunk Access Code '0’ 'Meaning
0 Trunk cannot be accessed by dialing '0'
1 Trunk can be accessed by dialing '0'
Trunk Access Code '5’ 'Meaning
0 Trunk cannot be accessed by dialing ‘5'
1 Trunk can be accessed by dialing '5'
