Impostazione acquisizione larghezza a battuta contro il cerchio scelto per la taratura:
controllare mediante il calibro della larghezza in dotazione(2_fig.3) la larghezza del cerchio in ferro scelto per la taratura,
impostarla sul display tramite i tasti (+/-_5-fig.18) portare il tastatore del calibro della larghezza a battuta contro il
cerchio (fig.24d) e confermare con il tasto (+_4-fig.18). Una volta confermato apparirà sul display di sinistra H1
Impostazione diametro ruota:
Impostare sulla tastiera il valore del diametro della ruota scelta per la taratura utilizzando i tasti (+/-_5-fig.18) portare
il tastatore del calibro della distanza con il punto di battuta sul cerchio (fig.19) e mantenendolo fermo in questa posi-
zione, confermare il dato con il tasto (+_4-fig.18). Attendere BIP di conferma.
Una volta impostato premere il tasto STOP e sul display di sinistra comparirà c-2.
Seconda fase di taratura: auto-taratura equilibratrice
1 - Montare una ruota di vettura in buone condizioni di medie dimensioni (larghezza 5.5”, diametro 14” possibilmente
già equilibrata) sulla flangia fissandola bene;
2 - impostare con molta attenzione le misure della ruota utilizzando le corrispondenti coppie di tasti (indicate con 4,
5 e 6 in fig. 18);
3 - eseguire un lancio con la ruota;
4 - al termine del lancio la macchina visualizza sul display di sinistra C-3 e sul display di destra 100 (valore in grammi
proposto automaticamente dalla macchina);
5 - il valore in grammi del peso scelto per l’autotaratura può essere modificato utilzzando i tasti 5-fig.18 nel caso non
siano disponibili i 100g; il display di destra mostra il valore del peso modificato;
6 - apporre il peso del valore prescelto sul lato interno della ruota ed eseguire un lancio;
7 - al termine del lancio togliere il peso di calibrazione dal lato interno della ruota ed apporlo sul lato esterno nella
posizione simmetricamente opposta (il display visualizza C-4 ed il valore del peso di calibrazione prescelto);
8 - eseguire un nuovo lancio;
9 - al termine del lancio occorre girare manualmente la ruota in modo da portare il peso di calibrazione in posizione
perpendicolare ad ore 6 (in basso sotto l’albero principale); il display di sinistra visualizza C-5 mentre quello di destra il
valore dell’angolo di calibrazione;
10- tenendo la ruota con il peso di calibrazione a ore 6, premere il tasto SPLIT (7-fig.18) (che presenta entrambi i led accesi).
La taratura eseguita viene automaticamente memorizzata in modo permanente.
N.B.: ogni tacca = 1 mm
Setting the width acquisition in contact with the rim chosen for the calibration:
Check with the width gauge provided(2_fig.3) the width of the iron rim chosen for the calibration, enter its value on the
display through the keys (+/-_5-fig.18) bring the width gauge probe into contact with the rim (fig.24d) and confirm with
the key (+_4-fig.18). Once confirmed, the display on the left will show H1
Setting the wheel diameter:
Enter on the keyboard the diameter value of the wheel chosen for the calibration through the keys (+/-_5-fig.18) bring
the distance gauge probe into contact with the rim (fig.19) and while keeping it still in this position, confirm the data
with the key (+_4-fig.18). Wait the confirmation beep..
Once entered, press the STOP key and the display on the left will show c-2.
Second calibration stage: balancer self-calibration
1 - Mount a good-condition medium-dimension wheel (width 5.5”, diameter 14” possibly already balanced) on the
flange and fix it well;
2 - very carefully set the wheel measurements using the corresponding pair of keys (indicated by 4, 5and 6 in fig. 18);
3 - launch a wheel run;
4 - when the run is finished, the machine will show C-3 on the left display and 100 (value in grams automatically
suggested by the machine) on the right display ;
5 - the value in grams of the weight chosen for the self-calibration can be changed with the keys 5-fig.18 in case 100g
is not available; the right display shows the modified weight value;
6 - locate the preselected weight on the internal side of the wheel and launch;
7 - at the end of the launch remove the calibration weight from the internal side of the wheel and locate it on the ex-
ternal side at the symmetrically opposite position (C-4 and the preselected calibration weight appear on the display);
8 - launch again;
9 - at the end of the run the wheel must be manually rotated so as to bring the calibration weight into a perpendicular
position at 6 o’clock (bottom, below the main shaft); the left display reads C-5 and the right one the angle calibration
value;
10- while keeping the wheel with calibration weight at 6 o’clock, press the SPLIT key (7-fig.18) (with both LEDs lit
up).
The calibration setting is automatically and permanently saved.
