(Choices) to toggle between System Backup and Incremental
System Backup in the
Type of Backup:
field. A system backup (field
default) performs a back up of all system and user files installed or
modified since the voice system was first installed. An incremental backup
performs a back up of all system and user files since the last backup.

Use one of the following methods to enter a value in the
Month(s) of
the Year:
field:

Type a number from 1 to 12 where January is 1 and December is 12 to
indicate a single month.

Type two numbers separated by a hyphen to indicate a range of
months. For example, type 1-8 to instruct the system to perform
backups of January through August.

(Choices) and press

(Mark) to select one or more months.
Press
F 3
(Enter) to save the selected month or months and return to
the
Month(s) of the Year:
field.
The default value is “all,” to back up all months.

Type a number from 1 to 31 corresponding to the day of the month to
indicate a single day.
