6.1.2.2 Take All Milking Robots in a Cluster out of Operation with the CRS+
1. On the CRS+, push button [ENTER].
2. Select '
Cleaning system

3. Push button [ENTER].
6.1.3 Reset the Milking Robot
1. Take the milking robot out of operation with the X-Link (page 6-1).
2. On the X-Link, select:
•
Tab [System]
•
Button [Change view]
•
Button [Shutdown].
3. Wait until the status of the services 'AGS' and 'ECS' are 'Running'.
4. Select button [Reset all].
5. Wait until:
•
the status of AGS = 'Running'.
•
the status of ECS = 'Running'
•
the status of the other services is 'Init'.
6. Select button [Start].
7. In the window 'Choose startup mode'.
1. Select button [Empty boiler].
2. Select button [OK].
8. The calibration procedure window is displayed.
WARNING
The robot arm will move. Make sure there are no obstacles in the
range of the robot arm.
9. Select button [Start].
10. When the calibration is finished, make sure the three cylinders of
the robot arm are at their maximum positions.
11. If the cylinders are NOT at their end, do the calibrate again. To do
so:
1. Select button [Stop],
2. Select button [Start].
12. If the cylinders are at their maximum positions, select [Accept].
13. When the Pura steam device is installed, the message 'Press 'Boiler
switch' button on Pura control box' is displayed as a reminder. See
the chapter Pura for more information.
14. If applicable, put the milking robot in operation with the X-Link
(page 6-1).
