The threshold can be set in the T4C software. The default value is 10.
The set threshold applies on the highest level, the herd, and cannot be
changed for other lower levels.
Examples:
•
The classes of a quarter for the last three tests are: II, II, IV. The sum is
8, and thus okay. No attention is generated.
•
The classes of a quarter for the last three tests are: IV, II, IV. The sum
is 10, and thus not okay. An attention is generated.
The Sum of the Last Six Tests Equals or Exceeds a Threshold
If the sum of the classes of the last six tests for a quarter equals or
exceeds a threshold an attention is generated. This attention is
categorized as an SCC chronic cases attention.
The threshold can be set in the T4C software. The default value is 24.
The set threshold applies on the highest level, the herd, and cannot be
changed for other lower levels.
Examples:
•
The classes of a quarter for the last six tests are: III, III, III, IV, IV, IV.
The sum is 21, and thus okay. No attention is generated.
•
The classes of a quarter for the last six tests are: IV, IV, V, V, V, V. The
sum is 28, and thus not okay. An attention is generated.

Cleaning
To guarantee trouble-free operation of the MQC-C, all the parts where
fluid flows through are cleaned. The following cleaning processes are
available and used in different stages and situations of the test process
and idle-state:
•
Milk tubes cleaning
•
Bleed tubes cleaning
•
Processor rinse
•
Dry processor cleaning
•
System rinse.

Feeding
The ASTRONAUT
A3 Next
makes it possible to feed every cow
individually. Correct feeding of cows is essential for successful robotic
milking. Concentrates provide the main stimulus for cows to visit the
robot frequently.
4.3.6
Cleaning
Clean and hygienic operation of the robot is essential for production of
high quality milk. The milking robot starts cleaning automatically at set
intervals. The cleaning can vary from a rinse of the teat cup tops to an
acid or detergent cleaning. If the milking robot is not used for a set
period, the system is rinsed with water.
The CRS+ controls the cleaning system.
