Test the Earthing 

Test 

Note:

 

You must obey local rules and standards. For certain countries a yearly report 
of the electrical installation and the earthing must be made. 

 

•

 

An authorized electrician must test the earthing of the electrical 
installation of the barn (the milking robot included) and supply an 
official report that is given to the Lely service provider. 

•

 

Earthing of the milking robot(s) must comply with current earthing 
regulations for barns. 

•

 

The earthing of the milking robot must be installed according to the 
ASTRONAUT 

A3 Next

 Milking Robot Building Specifications Manual. 

•

 

The two earth wires for each robot are to be connected to the 
earth point. 

•

 

The feeding fence, gates and milk delivery lines must also be 
connected to the earth point (to balance potential).

Control Systems 

There are no test and adjustment procedures for the control systems in 
this manual.
