7. Remove the flat seal.
8. Insert the new flat seal and push it correctly down.
Attention:
You can insert the flat seal only in one
position!!!
If the position is not correctly,
it could be that the electrode block is not
leak-proof. Then solvent or ink can get
inside the print head and damaged them!
In this case you must change the
umbilical!
9. Fix the HV-Cable on the electrode block.
Attention:
Never mix up the red and blue cable!
Otherwise the drops will be not deflected correctly!
Fix the HV-Cable with the screws. For this you need an Allen key (SW 1,5 mm)!
