Change the priority of the specified server:
config:# authentication radius modify <server_num> sortPositon <position>
Tip: You can add more than one parameters to the command. For example, "
authentication radius modify
<server_num>
host <host>
authType <rds_type>
authPort <auth_port>
accountPort <acct_port>
...".
Variables:
<server_num> is the sequential number of the specified server in the Radius server list.
<host> is the new IP address or host name of the Radius server.
<rds_type> is one of the Radius authentication types:
pap, chap, msChapV2 .
<auth_port> is the new authentication port number.
<acct_port> is the new accounting port number.
<timeout> is the new timeout value in seconds. It ranges between 1 to 10 seconds.
<retries> is the new number of retries. It ranges between 0 to 5.
To enter the shared secret:
9. After executing the above Radius command, the system automatically prompts you to enter the shared secret.
10. Type the secret and press Enter.
11. Re-type the same secret and press Enter.
Example:
config:# authentication radius add 192.168.7.99 chap 1812 1813 10 3
Removing an Existing Radius Server
This command removes an existing Radius server from the server list.
config:# authentication radius delete <server_num>
Variables:
<server_num> is the sequential number of the specified server in the Radius server list.
