TM3D is a special function register (SFR) to set the value to be compared with the value of the timer 3 counter register
(TM3C).
Note:
Set TM3D when the timer stops(When T3STAT bit of TM3CON1 register is “0”).
When “00H” is written in TM3D, TM3D is set to “01H”.
