This  is  to shut  down the scale automatically  if  no key  has  been
touched  within  the  programmed  time  interval. When  the
programmed time has  elapsed,  the display  shows  the message
“Automatic  shutdown  in  progress.  Wait...  Press  ESC  to  cancel.”.

If you do not press
