Receiving Documents Automatically  (Automatic Fax Reception)

Automatic Fax Reception is the default setting for fax reception in this machine and no special 
settings are required for its use.

In order to use the Automatic Fax Reception mode, it is necessary to select the

Checking the reception mode

Make sure that the

Receiving a fax

When a fax comes in, fax reception will begin automatically after the amount of time equal to a 
designated number of rings.

Note

Once fax reception begins, the 

Communicating

 indicator will light but the message display itself 

will not show any indication of the reception in progress.
