Hinge Enable/Disable Button:
Press to
enable or disable the cutting processes
of the Hinge Heads.
Center Hinge Top Down:
The distance
from the top of the door to the middle
hinge edge.
4th Hinge Enable:
Select to toggle the
4th hinge cut ON or OFF.
Screw Insert Enable/Disable:
Select to
turn ON or OFF the screw insertion.
Hinge 2 Enable/Disable:
Select to activate or deactivate Hinge Head #2.
Fourth Hinge Top Down:
The distance from the top of the door to the forth hinge edge.
Spacer Display:
This section displays the calculated H-Block Spacer and 8 Shooter
Pins to attach the machine. The Spacers and pins are stored at the Operator’s Station.
See below of location to put the spacers and pins on the machine. See figure below for
locations to install spacers and pins.
