Machine Start Summary

This section is a summary of the starting and running a door on the

990-HQ

. For a full description

of power up and power down of the machine,

see “Powering Operations for the 990-HQ” on

page 2-24.

Ensure factory air is present at machine line.

Make sure the doors are stacked in loading area of Feeder. and machine process area

is clear and ready for work.

After the computer is completed booting up, the

Interface

will start automatically.

Push the green

START MACHINE b

uttons.on all machines

in the line.

Wait for the machine feedback on the operator screen dis-
plays “

Ready to Home

”.

Press the

Hinge Loaded

button to start the process.

Select the

Home Machine Line Button.Step out of the

operation area.

After all machine is

Homed

, the

machine status will display

Idle

in the

Machine Feed-

back Status box.
