Set the
Door Hand.
• RH (Right Hand Door)
• LH (Left Hand Door)
Select the desired
Preset
. Verify that the information is correct. For Example:
Check
Door Width,
Check
Auto Feed
is enabled,
Auto Width
is enabled.
If processing split jambs, enable the
Split Jamb
function.
After the machines have the
Home
sequence and door is fed in and auto-clamped,
perform these steps.
After the preset parameters are loaded, the jamb spacer and 6
shooter pin values are displayed on the Main Screen.
Insert the displayed spacers on the H-Blocks and the pin in
the Eight Shooter assembly. For pin and spacer locations,
see “Hinge Spec Group” on page 2-33.
After the
Home
sequence is completed and door is fed in and clamped, perform
these steps.
1.
Load the jamb on top of ledge
pressing tightly against fence.
2.
After Jamb is secure, press the
Jamb
Clamp Foot Pedal
to clamp the Jamb.
