Load the hinges, one for each of the three
Eight-Shooter heads with the hinge pin towards
the top of the door. Each of the three Eight-
Shooter heads has a hinge pocket in which to
place one hinge. The hinge pocket is magnetic
and will hold the hinge in place.

Move out of area beyond the
Light Curtain.
6.
When outside of Light Curtain,
press the
Hinge Loaded
button to
start the process.
7.
Repeat from Step
(Load Jamb)
until completed.

If Processing a Fourth Hinge
If processing a fourth hinge, the machine will move into position after the third hinge is com-
pleted.
After the position is set, repeat the process starting from
Start Sequence.
