About the In-Feed Section
• Door is input from feeder.
• Includes automatic door width adjustment.
• Door is feed through machine for processing.
• The door is automatically positioned while the operator loads and clamps the hinge
jamb.
Hinge Head (X3):
Location of routers,
drills and chisels to
machine hinge
pockets. The third
hinge head routes a
fourth pocket if
desired.
Hydraulic Tanks for
Eight Shooters:
Sup-
plies pressurized fluid
for operation of the
Eight Shooters.
In Feed:
The machine
auto adjusts to in-fed
door. Clamps and then
sends door through
machine for processing.
Eight Shooter (X3):
Auto loads
hinges and fastens hinges to
door and jamb.
