NOTICE! Damage to the knotter needles!
If the direction setting of the plunger is not taken
into account, the knotter needles may be damaged. The dimension X must only be set in the
working direction of the plunger (1) (refer to the arrow in the figure).
To do this, turn the flywheel manually in the working direction until the dimension is
X=60–
90 mm

Install the universally-jointed drive shaft of the knotter shaft and secure it.
Initiate the tying process again manually,

Recheck the position of the knotter needles to the plunger.
Set the spring tension of the needle brake, Checking/setting the needle brake.

The machine is shut down and safeguarded,

The lower twine is threaded,

The upper and lower twine are knotted.
Make a catch hook (1).
In order to simulate a tied big bale, pull the twine (2) with the catch hook out of the bale
channel and fix it on the top of the baling flap with a shaft (3).
Alternatively, a screwdriver instead of a shaft (3) can be used.
