Checking
Press the bale (2) until it has completely left the bale channel (1).
Æ
The signal sheet (3) completely covers the sensor (4).
Æ
The sensor (4) is attenuated (there is iron in front of the sensor).
ü
The machine is shut down and safeguarded,
.
Check dimension X between the signal sheet (3) and the sensor (4).
Æ
If the dimension is
X= 2-3 mm
, the setting is correct.
Æ
If the dimension
is not X= 2-3 mm
, the sensor must be set.
Setting
Loosen the nuts (5) on both sides of the sensor (4).
Turn the nuts (5) until dimension
X=2-3 mm
is reached.
Tighten the nuts (5) (tightening torque = 10 Nm).
Check during sensor test whether the sensor (4) is attenuated,
Æ
The sensor has been set correctly if the sensor test shows that the sensor is attenuated.
Æ
If the sensor test shows that the sensor is unattenuated, set the sensor until the sensor test
shows that the sensor is attenuated.

WARNING
Risk of injury due to non-observance of safety instructions
If the relevant safety routines are not observed, persons may be seriously injured or killed.
The safety routines must be read and observed to avoid accidents,
.
Observe the safety routine "Run actuator test safely",
.
Possible actuators (depending on how the machine is equipped)
There is an overview of the position of the sensors, actuators and control units in the circuit
