INSTALLATION OF THE HYDRAULIC PUMP

•

To install, reverse removal procedure.

Flange screws: 80 Nm

Flange screws: Loctite 262

Pump shaft: Lithium EP MS2 NLGI 2

Pump screws: 195 Nm

Pump screws: Loctite 262

1 - Fill the tank up to maximum level.

Hydraulic oil: max. 39 

Bleed the air from the pump.
(For details, see «20. TESTING AND ADJUST-
MENTS»).

2 - Start the engine to circulate the oil and check that there

are no leaks.

3 - Stop the engine, check the levels and, if necessary, top

them up.

4 - Bleed the air from the hydraulic circuits and pressurise

the tank.
(For details, see «20. TESTING AND ADJUST-
MENTS»).
