Install the Light Engines. 

•

 

Insert the cover of the cardan cable (9). 

•

 

Install the cover glass, see section 8.7 
“Installation of the Cover Glass”, page 79 

•

 

Install the greased brake screw and cover cap.

Replacing the Lateral Bearing Sleeve 

Prerequisite:

 

The gimbal system has been disassembled, see section 8.5 “Replacing the Cardanic System”, page 74. 

 

 

•

 

Remove and discard the 4 fixing screws of the 
lateral bearing sleeve (1). 

•

 

Remove the lateral bearing sleeve including the 
seal ring. 

 

•

 

Push the lateral bearing sleeve including the 
previously installed seal ring into the drill hole in 
the casing. 

•

 

The end stop pin (2) must be positioned on the 
rear side of the light.
