Check the correct installation and attachment of the 6 fixing screws of the tracking arm on
the ceiling tube
•
If there is noticeable play, apply screw lock to the M8 screws and tighten them to a torque of
27 Nm.
•
Check the bearing bush of the spring arm for tight fit (no play).
•
Grease the pin and brake screw.
•
Replace worn bearing bush.
•
Check the fixing screws of the spring arm on the tracking arm.
•
If there is noticeable play, apply screw lock to the M5 screws and tighten them to a torque of
6.5 Nm.
•
Check correct installation and attachment of the screws on the stand tube.
•
If there is noticeable play, apply screw locks to the two M5 or three M6 screws and tighten
them to a torque of 6.5 Nm or 11.5 Nm, respectively.
Danger of injury and risk of damage from falling suspension arm system!
As the tracking and spring arms are very heavy, they could easily fall down after loosening the fixing
screws!
•
Replace missing fixing screws, apply screw lock
one after the other
and tighten
to the appropriate torque.
