N7020A and N7024A Power Rail Probes User’s Guide

General Information

Cleaning the Probe

If the probe requires cleaning:

Disconnect the probe from the oscilloscope, external power supply, and any circuit

under test.

Gently clean the probe with a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap and water

solution.

Wipe with clean water to remove the detergent and then dry thoroughly with a

clean cloth.

Make sure that the probe is completely dry before reconnecting it to an

oscilloscope.
