Performance Verification
DC Input Resistance Performance Verification
This section provides information to test that the N7020A / N7024A probe meets
its warranted DC input resistance, which is 50 k
Ω
±2%.
Procedure

Connect the equipment as shown in
Figure 27
.

Power on the oscilloscope with the oscilloscope application maximized.

Power on the DMM and select the 2-wire Ohm display on the DMM.
NOTE
Allow the N7020A probe to warm up for at least 20 minutes.
