Full performance verification for 90000 A-Series oscilloscopes consists of three
main procedures:

Performing the internal oscilloscope self tests to ensure the measurement
system is functioning properly. To perform the self tests, Click Utilities > Self
Test... . Then select Scope SelfTest from the Available Self Test drop-down list box,
click Start , and follow the instructions on the screen. If any of the self tests fail,
ensure that the failure is diagnosed and repaired before calibrating and testing
performance.

Calibrating the oscilloscope, as described in chapter 2.

Testing the oscilloscope to ensure that it is performing to specification. This
chapter describes the performance test procedures.
