multicast can the system send stream to the multicast address. If the address is set
0.0.0.0, the system will send stream to 239.2.2.2 by default.
TTL: Time to Live, ranging 0~255.
Note: TTL means the maximum number of network segments allowed to pass
through IP data packet before it is discarded by the router. It is used to avoid
endless loop of sending and receiving the data packet in the network so as to
save network resources.
5.2 Access Protocol
Go to
Settings > Network > Access Protocol
, and access the camera to different platforms by
configuring different access protocols.
5.2.1
VSIP
The web client supports accessing to back-end platform through VSIP protocol.
Configuration steps:
1) Go to
Settings > Network > Access Protocol > VSIP

2) Enter VMS IP address or domain name;
3) Enter "VMS Port Number", default being 5510;
4) Enter "Camera UUID" and "Camera Password". Camera UUID is distributed by VMS
and the password needs no verification so you don't have to enter;
5) When the camera is in NAT and needs to access to the platform by cross-segment,
select "Send NAT Probe Packets";
6) Select "Auto Networking" to enable function of auto networking. When the NVR adds
devices automatically, the camera will be added to the NVR automatically;
7) After finish, click "
Save
" to validate setting.

refer to the user manual of PMC client.
