6.5 PTZ
The camera is equipped with digital PTZ, which is suitable for wide range surveillance and enlarges
the field of view. User can control PTZ manually through the web client on the live view interface.
Details can be referred to in chapter 3.1.1.
Note: The PTZ holder will stop rotation when reaching its pan limits. Please strictly follow the
Quick Start Guide
during installation so that the functions of preset loading and path
patrol will work normally.

Basic Configuration
Go to
Settings > Camera > PTZ > Basic Config
, and configure basic parameters of the
PTZ, as shown in the following picture.

Basic Config
PT Version: Display the version of current PT.
Patrol Speed Level: The patrol speed level of the PTZ holder. The larger the
value is, the faster it patrols, vice versa.
Preset Point Speed Level: The speed level of loading presets. The larger the
value is, the faster the PTZ holder will rotate to the preset, vice versa.
Zoom Speed Level: The zooming speed of the PTZ holder, options including
“High”, “Middle” and “Low”.
Enable Auto PT Speed: Select the checkbox to enable. Under different fields of
view, the PT will rotate by the same linear speed. When it is zoomed out, the PT
will reduce its linear speed; zoomed in, increase.
*Preset Video Freeze: Select the checkbox to enable. When the PT rotates
from one preset to another, the video freezes at the image of the first preset and
