7.6.7.2 Exposure sequence starts but no X-rays are
generated
• Check the condition of the power supply by follow-
ing the trouble shooting guide 7.6.3.8 for R3220
and R3300.
• Set the unit to imaging mode (CT, Pan or CEPH),
disable movements using command
nomove
(s2terminal) and check status of the PREH_ENA
LED (D6).
 If LED D6 does not come on, check the
condition of the cable between J3202
and JG206.
  If the cable is OK, replace
EG200.
  If not, replace cable.
 If LED D6 comes on, the exposure switch
is OK.
  Follow high voltage trouble
shooting.
If LED D6 does not come on, measure the volt-
age, JG206-6, during preheat.
 Replace EG200 if the voltage is about
5V.
 Measure voltage from J3202-6 during
preheat.
  Replace cable between JG206

J3202 if there is voltage on
J3202.
  Replace R3220 if there is no volt-
age on the J3202.
If LED D6 comes on, check the EXP_ENA LED
D7.
 If LED D7 comes on, follow the trouble
shooting guide for X-ray generation.
 If LED D7 does not come on, measure
the voltage during exposure from con-
nector J3303 pin 5.
