7.6.3.2 X-, Y- or rotator not working
• Check +5V and +24V voltage indicators on the
stepper modules.
  If not, replace EA100.
 If after replacing EA100
the LEDs still do not come
on, replace the low power
supply.
  If LEDs are on after un-plugging
some of the connectors, then fol-
low the power distribution chain in
question by cutting it step-by-step
until the LED in question goes
out. Replace the next component
(cable or board).
If each LED on EA100 is on then check the LEDs
at the end of each power chain (see block dia-
gram)
 If some LED are not on, localize the
failure as described above in
“introduction”
 If the LEDs are on replace R3220 main
CPU board
If both indicators are on, follow the motion control
trouble shooting guide.
If +5V indicator LED is not on but R3300 is active,
replace the cable between stepper module
(J5101) and R3300.
 If LED still does not come on, replace
R5100
If +24V indicator LED is not on, check that +24V
indicator LED on the EA100 is on.
 If not, see trouble shooting instructions in
chapter 7.6.3.1.
 If indicator is on, m24V voltage
from J3309.
  Replace cable between J3309
and JA106 if there is no voltage.
