7.4.34 Error 49 Reading panoramic sensor
data failed
CAUSE A
The sensor is not properly connected.
SOLUTION A
Lift the lever at the side of the panoramic sensor,
and firmly push it back.
CAUSE B
The connection between the sensor and the sensor
holder is bad.
SOLUTION B
Power off the unit and clean the connectors in the
sensor and sensor holder with flux remover. Make
sure the connectors are dry before powering on
again.
CAUSE C
Voltage level out of range or voltage missing.
SOLUTION C
Enable power for the panoramic sensor using ser-
vice command “panelpower panoramic 1”. Measure
the digital voltage level from pin 1 and 2 on the sen-
sor’s power connector. The allowed range is
4.9…6V. If the voltage is missing, locate the point of
failure with the help of the schematic in 5.4.2 Pano-
ramic imaging chain. Replace faulty parts.
CAUSE D
Faulty / loose data cables or connector boards.
SOLUTION D
Verify that all cables related to the panoramic imag-
ing chain are intact and properly connected.
CAUSE E
Faulty panoramic sensor.
SOLUTION E
Replace the sensor and redo all panoramic calibra-
tions.
