2 Measuring and configuration

2.1 Control unit service program

▶ ENERGY power meter serial no.: = Enter the serial number of the energy power

meter and choose ENTER to confirm.

▶ Measuring head serial no.: = Enter the serial number of the measuring head and

choose ENTER to confirm.

▶ Sensitivity: = enter the sensitivity of the energy meter, and confirm with ENTER.

▶ Confirmed factors A, B and C (0, 1 and 0) if not otherwise indicated.

The selection menu "Commissioning adjustments" appears.

Resonator adjustment

This function is used to adjust the resonator

Note

Follow all assembly instructions.

Note

The laser power supply unit, the cooling system, the compressor and the flash lamp

switch on automatically.

▶ Choose OK to confirm the Resonator adjustment command.

The laser pulse generator is on standby together with the drive for 80 mJ/6 Hz.

▶ Use the key "ON/OFF Laser" to start or stop the laser pulse generator.

▶ Choose EXIT to return to the Commissioning adjustments menu.

Deflection mirror adjustment

This function is used to adjust the deflection mirror
