Note
The spacing ring ⑤ and the lens ⑥ are adjusted to each other in the plant and may
only be exchanged together.
Transmission check
If you want to check the energy at the output of laser handpiece E 2062, the trans‐
mission factor must be taken into account.
The transmission factors for the various fibre plugs and frequencies can be found
in the "Instructions for use of KEY Laser handpieces"
A distance of 30 mm between the energy meter and fiber plug is measured.
The output is calculated as follows:
Energy set at the display X transmission factor = energy at the output
Example (Fibre plug 30/38, 160mJ/10Hz):
160mJ x 0.33 = 50mJ
