2 Measuring and configuration

2.1 Control unit service program

▶ Choose OK to confirm the Start without security system command.

To abort and return to the Service mode main menu, choose No.

The following message is displayed on the screen: This command restarts the

KEY Laser. All safety cut-outs are disabled! Only use this mode for testing.

▶ Choose YES to confirm.

The KaVo logo is displayed briefly together with the message: control.exe start

in X-Mode. Never use this mode for application!

▶ Choose Continue; the KEY Laser starts up without a security system, showing

the user interface.

▶ Switch off the KEY Laser to disable this mode.
