The Green Machine
®
allows you to sequence numbers (up to any 2 digits) and/or the
A-Z alphabet. You also have the option of creating 2 or more of the same label while
sequencing (repetition). You cannot sequence barcodes.
For this example we are going to
create and auto sequence
12 labels.
Use ½”, 212, 12 mm tape.
One Line 1 type
“File”
and press
Space
.
Now press the
Sequence
key.
At
Start
enter 1 (the number or letter you wish to start with),

is the default. For this example,

combination is limited to 3.

Printing sequence numbers
To create multiple labels with same texts and different numbers or characters, use the
"Sequence" feature described below. The device automatically increases the numbers
or characters every time it prints a label.
To print sequence numbers set the initial value and the number of repetitions (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10
times). The number of repetitions sets the number of times the same number will be used.

Align the cursor with the location
for the sequence number.
Press
key.
The "Start" screen will be displayed.
Input "4" and press
key.
Select "2 times" for "Repetition"
and press
key.
Select "Off" for"Sequence 2 figure"
and press
key.
If you do not select up to two digit.
The sequence number (sequence
number icon
+ value area "4") will be
displayed at the cursor position.
