Telecom/Electrical Label Mode
The Telecom/Electrical Label Mode has three functional modes (Patch Panel, Wrap,
Flag) that allow you to easily create labels to be attached to a round-shaped material
such as a cable, wire, and tube, and to neatly label panels, power strips and other
communication equipment. You can easily access any one of the functions by just
pressing the corresponding key.
The following describes the feature of each functional mode.

Mode of "Patch Panel"
You can print multiple words in a single label specifying a space between the words.
Patchpanel A
: For attaching to a 3-outlet power strip.
Length: specify the interval between the outlets.
Label1-Label3: enters "TV","VIDEO",and "DVD".
With the specified length spaced, the three words will be printed on a single label.
Patchpanel B
: For attaching to a 3-outlet power strip.
Label1: enters "VIDEO-sequence numbers".
Press
key and enters sequence numbers.

materials such as a cable, wire or tube and to panels. You can easily access
any one of the functions by just pressing the corresponding key.
The following describes the features of each function.
Panel A
For use with equal text data. For instance if all labels are 1 digit (1,2,3) or all labels
are 2 digits (A1, B1, C1, D1) up to 5 places, for example (A1-01). You can enter up to
10 labels at a time.
For this example we are going to make 4 labels, 1 inch apart, that will read:
Choose a 9mm, 209, 3/8” tape.
Choose
Patch Panel, A, Return. ←
Choose Length 1.1”,
Return.
On Label 1 type “A1-01”,
Return.
On Label 2 type “A1-02”,
Return.
On Label 3 type “A1-03”,
Return.
On Label 4 type “A1-04”, Do Not Return.
Press
Print.
There are many additional options and choices to enhance your label presentation.
After typing your label and before pressing
, choose
Edit
. Choices such as
decorate, space, font type, wide & narrow, border & line, and bold & italic are available.
Choose features as desired and apply them to your entire label or even a single
character for emphasis. Use
Preview
to review before printing.
Here is an example with borders and bold.
