corresponding RSP‑Z2, port 80 is mapped to a different port number, enter that number
here. Whatever port number you use, it must be the same number for all channels of that
RSP‑Z2.
Additional useful information regarding the
Expansion Bridge
table:
•
To the left on each channel row are three buttons. Hovering over them will indicate their
actions: go to the channel settings, delete the JPS Bridge or JPS RoIP stream, and revert
changes.
•
The last row, which is un-numbered and awaiting input, has a plus sign
and a revert
button. Once channel information is entered into that row, click the plus sign to put the
channel into pending mode. A blue plus sign will appear to the right, and – importantly –
a vacant row will open beneath that one for the next channel entry.
•
Descriptions
can be useful, but unlike channel names, they are not required.
Names
and
descriptions are case sensitive; the name – or a truncated version – will appear on the
channel icon and the description will appear when the cursor hovers over it. Names and
descriptions are designations limited to the virtual JPS Bridge or JPS RoIP streaming
channels and do not feed back to the remote resource (RSP-Z2, NXU-2B, etc.).
5.1.4
Individual Virtual Bridge Channel Configuration
To use a virtual JPS Bridge channel, you will (1) configure it on the Z2C, (2) configure it on the
remote resource, (3) authorize it on the remote resource, and (4) connect the remote resource to
the Z2C. Refer to the following.
5.1.4.1
Bridge Channel Configuration on the Z2C
Once information for a virtual channel is entered in the
Expansion Bridge
table on the
Bridges
tab, go to the individual virtual JPS Bridge channel’s configuration page on the Z2C. To do this,
either click the button with the arrow out
on the channel’s row in the
Expansion Bridge
table,
or leave the
Bridges
tab by clicking the
Channel
tab.
Select the Bridge channel from the list displayed across the top of the page. The Bridge Defaults
Profile
has been automatically applied (shown below).
