MENU ITEM DEFINITION
HEAT R/A TMP SP This item is used to program the return air temperature set point for heating
operation.
HEAT -S/A TMP EN This item is used to enable and disable heating Supply Air Temperature Control.
HEAT S/A TMP SP This item is used to program the supply air temperature set point for heating
operation.
HEAT STAGE 1 / CLOSE This is the status of the first stage digital output or Triheat close output.
HEAT STAGE 2 / CLOSE This is the status of the second stage digit output or Triheat open output.
HEAT STG 0 OR 2 This item is used to program the number of stages of heat when the unit is pro-
grammed for “Ht Stg -1”.
HEAT VALVE This item is used to force an analog output to the hydronic heat valve.
HEAT1/CLOSE This item is used to force the binary output to the first stage of staged heat or to
close the valve when Tristate Heat is installed.
HEAT2/OPEN This item is used to force the binary output to the second stage of staged heat or
to open the valve when Tristate Heat is installed.
HT STG -1/TRI-2 This value is used to set the type of heat installed in the unit. “Ht Stg – 1” is for
staged heat and “Tri-2” for Tristate Heat.
IN WATER TEMP The temperature of the water entering the condensing heat exchanger.
MIN DX PRS DROP This item is used to program the minimum evaporator coil pressure drop and
limits the amount the by-pass damper can open. (FlexSys units only).
MIXED AIR TMP The temperature of the mixed air (return and outdoor air) entering the evapora-
tor coil.
O/A DAMPER MIN This item allows the minimum ventilation setting to be programmed for an air-
side economizer.
O/A ECON EN This item allows air side economizer to be enabled.
OFF – ON RESETS This item can be used to reset the control when it is locked out because of an
Alarm.
OFF NORMAL This is the Status Screen display when the “ON / AUTO / OFF” toggle switch
is in the OFF position: or when the “ON / AUTO / OFF” toggle switch is in the
AUTO position and either the internal schedule in STOP or the communicated
value UNIT ENABLE is off.
ON-DXCOOL This is the Status Screen display when the conditions are right for compressor
operation (supply air temperature >= supply air set point plus 5.0 degrees or
return air temperature >= return air set point plus 2.0 degrees.
ON-ECONO This is the Status Screen display when either water or air economizer is enabled
and conditions are right for economizer operation.
ON-HEAT This is the Status Screen display whenever “Heat – S/A Tmp Em” is turned on
and the “Heat – S/A Tmp SP” is above the “AC/Econ-S/A SP” even though the
unit may be in Econo or DX cool operation.
ON-NORMAL This is the Status Screen display when the blower is operating but there is no
demand for cooling, heating, or economizer operation.
OUT WATER TEMP The temperature of the water leaving the condensing heat exchanger.
