Performing a snapshot test
The snapshot feature performs a quick test of AC volts, DC volts, and resis-
tance across all pairs (T-R/T-G/R-G).
To perform a snapshot test
1 Connect the tip (A), ring (B), and ground (earth) leads to the line under
test.
2 From the main menu, select COPPER TEST .
3 Press the 2 key to select SNAPSHOT.
The test begins to run.
The test stops automatically when complete.

Performing copper measurements
Using the MEASURE menu, you can individually perform all of the copper
measurements. If you want to skip a measurement, use the down arrow to
move to the next test. After a one second pause, the test begins automatically.
To perform copper measurements
1 Connect the tip (A), ring (B), and ground (earth) leads to the line under
test.
2 From the main menu, select COPPER TEST .
3 Press the 3 key to select MEASURE.
The AC VOLTAGE menu appears.
The test begins automatically and results appear on the screen.
4 Use the left and right arrow keys to change the pair.
5 Optional. To reset the high and low values, press the pound/hash (#) key.
6 Press the down arrow to move to DC VOLTAGE .
The test begins automatically and results appear on the screen.
7 Use the left and right arrow keys to change the pair.
8 Optional. To reset the high and low values, press the pound/hash (#) key.
NOTE:
The default volt meter measurement impedance is 1MOhm. To change to
100KOhm, press the asterisk/star (
