5.6.1 On-Chip Primary / Secondary PCI IDE
This field enables or disables the onboard IDE controller.

5.6.2 IDE Primary Master / Slave PIO
IDE Secondary Master / Slave PIO
These fields configure the PIO (Programmable Input Output) transfer mode
for each IDE devices. The maximum transfer rates of each PIO mode are
listing as follow:
Higher setting may exceed the capability of older IDE device and cause
problem.
PIO Mode Setting Maximum transfer rate
PIO Mode 0 3.3 MB/sec
PIO Mode 1 5.2 MB/sec
PIO Mode 2 8.3 MB/sec
PIO Mode 3 11 MB/sec
PIO Mode 4 16.6 MB/sec
