General information

Always look around to make sure that
it is safe to move the tractor or start the
engine. This is particularly important with
“Quiet Cabs” since you may not hear peo-
ple shouting outside.
If you have bought this tractor second-
hand check that all the safety decals are in
place, if not purchase replacements from
your local ITMCO Dealer (See pages 16 and
17). Safety equipment is also available for
example. Safety frames, back-up alarms,
fire and first aid equipment.
Safety notes
The safety of the operator in designing
and developing a new tractor. Designers
build in as many safety features as pos-
sible. However, every year many accident
occur which could have been avoided by
a few seconds thought and a more car-
ful approach to handling farm machinery
Implements. You, the operator can avoid
many accidents by observing the following
instructions.
General safety rules
Always keep the Operator Instruction
Book with the tractor. This book must be
made available to the operator of the trac-
tor at all times. Read the book carefully
and learn how to use the machine cor-
rectly and safely.
Do not let anyone operate this machine
without thorough instruction.
Beware of bystanders, particularly
children.

Whenever you see the words and sym-
bols shown below, used in this manual and
on decals, you MUST take note of their in-
structions!
