SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Checking the Oil Level

1. Remove the oil level plug.
2. Check whether the oil level is up to

the lower edge of the oil level plug

hole. The correct oil level range is

between 0 and 10 mm (0 and 0.39

in) below the bottom of the level plug

hole.

If the oil level is too low, add oil

through the oil level plug hole.

3. Fasten the oil level plug to the

specified torque.

Also check to see if there are any

transmission oil leaks.

ADVICE

Any dirt on the plug should be wiped

•

off before installing it.
