Dismantling tilt module
1.
If possible, use lifter to move seat to uppermost position.
2.
Carefully note the location of the cable and the connection locations of the various plugs. Either mark each plug
and socket, or take a photograph with a digital camera.
3.
Pull plug (1) out of actuator module.
4.
Remove the two Allen screws (2).
5.
Replace actuator module.
Refitting tilt module
1.
Refit parts in reverse order.
2.
Plug all plugs into their old positions.
3.
Check all mobility device functions.

Lift off light board together with retaining bracket.

Loosen screws

Replace light board.
