Cleaning/Replacing the Cabinet Filter
WARNING
- Push the power switch to the Off (O) position and unplug the compressor before
cleaning.

DO NOT operate the compressor without the filter
installed.
CAUTION
- DO NOT unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug not the cord,
otherwise damage may occur.
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 14.1.
NOTE: All compressors have one filter on the back of the cabinet.
NOTE: Perform this procedure at least once a week.
1. Unplug the compressor. Grasp the plug, not the cord.
2. Remove the filter.
3. Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash in warm soapy water and rinse
thoroughly.
4. Dry the filter thoroughly before reinstallation.

This unit contains moving and high pressure components. There are no user
serviceable parts inside the cover. To avoid electric shock, injury or death:
- DO NOT remove the cover.
- Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
1. Clean the cabinet with a mild household cleaner and non-abrasive cloth or sponge.
